This Blue Plum Brandy is produced using traditional Eastern European methods, that date back hundreds of years. Local blue plums are harvested at the peak of ripeness to capture the aromatic and delicate essence of the blue plums. The whole fruit is fermented and then distilled in a single batch pot distillation with a copper column. The clear Blue Plum Brandy captures the true essence of the fruit.
