A traditional European style Eau De Vie handcrafted and distilled from the whole fruit crush and fermentation of Northwest dark sweet cherries. Harvested at their peak of ripeness these cherries provide the essence of our clear spirit Cherry Brandy. Distilled on a hybrid pot still with a copper column to perform the sensory based distillation cuts to capture the unique flavors. The brandy reveals a refined dark cherry and marzipan aroma with a silky mouthfeel.

Imbibe:  Neat, in a Singapore Sling, Blackjack, or use as a substitute for gin in cocktails.

Try a Split Base Cocktail:

1 oz-Cherry Almond Liqueur
1 oz-Cherry Brandy (Kirschwasser)
1 oz-Cranberry Juice
Add all contents into a shaker with ice.
Shake for 30 seconds.
Strain into chilled glass.
