Our Orange Liqueur begins with a local Washington wine that is distilled in a pot still with a copper column. The unaged brandy is used to macerate three different varietals of dried orange peels to extract the tropical citrus flavor and aroma. The orange maceration is then distilled into a clear aromatic citrus spirit.  This orange liqueur was crafted to produce a natural orange aroma and flavor.
